In the fizzy romp “Cancún” at GALA Hispanic Theatre, two married couples drink too much and switch partners. That’s the short version, and it may bring to mind the 1969 film “Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice.” But the spouse-swapping in “Cancún” takes a road far less traveled and definitely worth the trip.
