Friday afternoon, when many a thought focused on Halloween events, the National Gallery provided a musical diversion by way of 60 well-trained voices. The Prague Philharmonic Choir, opening its U.S. tour, performed in the West Garden Court as part of Afternoon Encounters With Music, the museum’s daytime concert series.
