Because it’s the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas just can’t get here soon enough, the CW is broadcasting the animated film “Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer” (8) before “Kung Fu Panda Holiday” (9) and “Merry Madagascar” (9:30).
