When Jason Derulo’s 2013 album “Tattoos” was repackaged and re-released as “Talk Dirty” this year, his marketing team made some changes. More significant than the improved track list was the new cover art, a photo of a shirtless Derulo, his impossible eight-pack abs clenched by the arms of an anonymous woman. That gym-rat physique was one of the main attractions at the Fillmore Silver Spring on Tuesday, as Derulo sang and danced his way through hits — whether they were his or not.
